• Which management system certifications do you hold?

• ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental), ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 22000:2018 (food safety management). Certificate copies are shared with qualified buyers for audits and bidding.

• Are documents included in the price?

• Standard export documents, qualification certificates and per-batch inspection records are included. Third-party testing commissioned specifically for your order — for example a destination-market migration test on your printed design — is quoted separately at cost.

• Which currencies do you work in?

• USD is standard for export quotations; CNY applies to domestic business. Always verify bank details by phone or WhatsApp (+86 192 0017 7033) before your first transfer — a basic fraud precaution we insist on.

• Why are there no prices on the website?

• Because B2B pricing honestly depends on specification, material, printing, volume and destination. A published price would either mislead you or carry padding. Send the product, quantity and port — you receive a firm quotation within one business day.

• Can you follow our airline or corporate brand guidelines?

• Yes. Printing to airline and institutional brand visual standards is part of our daily work — boarding passes, baggage tags, catering stickers and branded packaging are produced under those exact constraints for our domestic aviation customers.

• What artwork files do you need?

• Vector files (AI or PDF) with fonts outlined are preferred, plus color references for brand matching. You approve a digital proof before plates are made. If you only have raster files, we can support redrawing before proofing.

• How does sample approval work?

• We confirm a written standard against the physical sample: specification sheet, material, printing and packaging requirement. Bulk goods are inspected against this approved sample — not against interpretation — which is how specifications stay stable across repeat batches.

• What is your production capacity?

• Approximately 60 containers per month across product systems at the Guangzhou facility. Capacity for your specific item is confirmed at quotation, based on process route and current scheduling.

• Can you handle bidding and tender documentation?

• Yes. Supporting tenders is routine for us: qualification certificates, test reports, license copies and sample-confirmation files prepared to the tender's format. Our service certifications (including GB/T 27922 after-sales) were obtained partly for this purpose.

• Do you accept long-term framework supply programs?

• Framework purchasing is our core business model — most of our domestic airline and institutional business runs on framework agreements with staged batch deliveries. We coordinate production scheduling against your drawdown plan.

• Can I combine different products in one container?

• Yes — consolidated first orders mixing several SKUs are common and encouraged. We plan carton and pallet configuration so the container loads efficiently, which lowers your landed cost per unit.

• What if I need an item outside your five systems?

• If it sits close to our scenarios — aviation, catering, food packaging, printed packaging, hygiene — we will assess it through our audited partner network under our inspection. If we cannot produce or inspect it properly, we say no rather than broker it.
