XHANCO production is carried out at the Guangdong Xinghan Industrial base in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou — a single campus combining printing, lamination, converting, assembly, warehousing and quality laboratories. The plant runs 30 production lines and ships approximately 60 containers per month to airlines, inflight caterers, airports, institutional buyers and packaging distributors in more than 20 countries.
Material flows in a single direction from raw-material warehouse to printing, lamination, converting, assembly and dispatch. Because every stage is in-house, we control lead time and specification without relying on outside subcontractors.
Rotogravure, flexographic and offset presses with automatic registration control and in-line web inspection cameras.
Solvent-free and dry lamination lines with a dedicated curing room where bond strength develops before converting.
Bag making, slitting, die-cutting and sheeting lines that convert printed rolls into finished formats.
Enclosed production area operating under a provincial disinfection-product manufacturing hygiene licence.
Manual and semi-automatic assembly for cutlery packs, amenity kits and multi-item consumable sets.
Raw-material and finished-goods warehousing with batch-coded pallet locations for scheduled call-off.
Rotogravure and flexographic printing, solvent-free lamination, slitting, bag making, die-cutting and finishing — each machine below is on our floor and filmed on request.
